Russ Harvey / Russ Harvey Consulting ("us", "we", or "our") operates russharvey.bc.ca (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
This site does NOT practice the sort of widespread collection and retention of personal data that the GDPR is designed to address.
We assume that you don't want to be tracked.
We only collect information necessary to fulfill our commitments to you and then only when you have contacted us first.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
We do not collect personally identifiable information about site visitors therefore We can NOT share any such information with third parties.
To protect visitor privacy this site does not use Google Analytics. However, if you use the site search function, Google will use their usual tracking procedures.
However, we cannot control the collection of Usage Data by our Service Provider or other third parties.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
We use Personal Data in communications with pending, established and legacy clients as part of Our business services if this data is provided by You.
We retain the right to respond if You contact us.
If You request help or hire our services, We may collect the necessary information to respond or to perform the service(s) You requested.
Our correspondence records are generally limited to the email stored in Our email program(s) unless You become a Client.
We do not share that information with anyone unless it is required to comply with actions You request. For example, if You request that we contact a vendor or Service Provider on Your behalf, We will need to provide the data required to identify You as their customer and Our permission to act on Your behalf.
We do not maintain any databases or other segregate collections of personal data.
If we do business together (i.e., become a Client), there will necessarily be more personal information collected in order for us to perform any actions You request.
Such personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal address and phone number ("Personal Information").

Client personal information that is collected in the performance of services is stored in with that Client's working data.
Such data may be deleted or destroyed at our discretion when we consider it no longer useful for the purposes which it was collected.
We reserve the right to correspond to those we have an existing business relationship (Clients). We do not engage in spam or similar “opt-out” marketing practices nor do we respond to such practices.
We do not currently maintain mailing lists of any kind. We may pass on information we believe is important to our individual Clients or correspond as needed to fulfill our business agreements with You.
We may need to correspond with third parties on your behalf if that is part of the services We are providing to You. This may include corresponding with ISPs or hosting companies or other technical support facilities on Your behalf.
In such cases, We will only provide such personal information as is required to accomplish the necessary transactions and it will be subject to the privacy policies of those entities. If You have concerns, You should let Us know prior to giving Us permission to proceed.
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.
You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Note: The original Terms and Conditions Agreement was purchased from TermsFeed on December 21, 2013. We modified that agreement to reflect the fact that this Site does not collect the Usage Data, Cookies and Tracking Technologies that most sites do (e.g., Google Analytics).
